Weather
According to DIVE Magazine and Divernet, the liveaboard MV Nouran, operated by Red Sea Explorers, caught fire overnight at Daedalus Reef during a southern Red Sea trip out of Hurghada on 6 November 2024. The cause was not stated. All guests and crew were evacuated without injury to the sister vessel MV Tala and returned to Port Ghalib.
